Sign in with your TradeLocker login and choose the accounts to follow. Trades, stops, targets and balances come straight in.
A small add-on in MetaTrader sends your deal history every minute, stops and targets included. It only reads - it never places or changes a trade.
Download one Fills file from Tradovate and drop it in. Trades are rebuilt from your fills with commission taken off, and importing again never duplicates.
The next platform we are building. Sign in with your cTrader ID, choose the accounts to follow, and trades sync on their own.
Most platforms can export their trade history. Drop the file in and the journal finds the instrument, times and profit, whatever the columns are called.
For anything else, log a trade yourself - screenshots, notes, tags and all - or record a setup straight into your playbook's model data.
The journal connects to the platform, not the broker - so it works with any broker or prop firm on MetaTrader 5, TradeLocker or Tradovate, with cTrader coming next. These are the ones the platforms list themselves.
Works with any broker or prop firm that offers MetaTrader 5 on a computer, as long as add-ons (expert advisors) are allowed. The phone app cannot run it, and MetaTrader 4 is not supported.
Names from MetaQuotes' own MetaTrader 5 broker directory, September 2026.
Works with any broker or prop firm on TradeLocker - the journal signs in with the same login you use there.
Names from TradeLocker's own prop firm and broker directories, September 2026.
Works with any account traded on Tradovate. Many futures firms also offer Rithmic or NinjaTrader - only accounts traded on Tradovate itself can export the Fills file.
Names from Tradovate's own prop firm page, September 2026.
cTrader is the next platform we are building. You will sign in with your cTrader ID and choose which accounts to follow, with view-only access - the journal can read your trades but can never place one. Its brokers and prop firms will be listed here when it arrives.
A few minutes to set up, then your trades arrive on their own - or with one file whenever you like.
Works with any broker or prop firm on TradeLocker. Each trade keeps the stop and target it opened with, so you can see whether it closed at the plan or somewhere else.
Works with any broker's MetaTrader 5 on a computer - the phone app cannot run add-ons, and MetaTrader 4 is not supported. Some prop firms do not allow add-ons at all, so check your firm's rules. The exporter only reads: it places no orders and changes nothing on your account.
Works with any account traded on Tradovate - firms that also offer Rithmic or NinjaTrader only count for accounts traded on Tradovate itself. Import as often as you like - after every session or at the end of the week. Every fill has its own ID, so a new file only adds what is new: nothing is duplicated, and your notes, tags and screenshots are never overwritten.
The file needs an instrument, a date and a profit or loss. Anything else it finds - prices, sizes, stops and targets - is used as well.
The tracker knows these firms by name and logo, so you can log what each challenge cost, where it stands and what it has paid out. Any other firm is one click to add.
